Mark Robinson/ Matchroom Boxing

In a year that crowned undisputed champions and saw epic knockouts and upsets, boxing in 2024 managed to top an epic 2023. 2025 should top last year, and then some with the number of fights already scheduled and some that are rumored.

The first few months will already be one for the ages. Naoya Inoue competes, as well as Gervonta Davis. A rematch for undisputed light heavyweight gold takes place in February, as champion Artur Beterbiev fights Dmitry Bivol again. Can the two outdo their first fight in the sequel?

Also expected to compete in 2025: Canelo Alvarez, Katie Taylor, Teofio Lopez, Devin Haney, and even Paul. Who will “The Problem Child” fight next after facing Mike Tyson in 2024? Will we also finally see Tyson Fury vs. Anthony Joshua in 2025?

As fights are announced/confirmed, The Sporting News will keep you regularly updated on all of the latest major matchups. Here is the most recent 2025 boxing schedule.
