The latest chapter in a tumultuous story unfolded on Monday, with New York firing general manager Joe Douglas. In six years under Douglas, the Jets went just 30-64 and failed to make the playoffs.
In Sunday's one-point loss to the Colts, New York squandered an eight-point fourth-quarter lead. Indianapolis drove 70 yards down the field for the game-winning score in the final minutes.
