Shedeur Sanders doesn't just have haters.
The newest Cleveland Browns QB has a lot of believers, too, even after his NFL Draft slide to the 144th pick after starring at Colorado.
One supporter is former Browns DB Hanford Dixon.
On his podcast, Dixon spoke about Cleveland's selection specifically in relation to the Pittsburgh Steelers, who passed on Sanders a handful of times.
"They're gonna pay," Dixon said. "I guarantee you, Shedeur Sanders is going to make them pay every time we play them. Twice a year, he's going to make them pay."

That would be a pretty savage outcome.
Sanders certainly has a chance to prove many doubters wrong.
He was predicted by most to be a first-round pick, then had six QBs drafted in front of him (including Dillon Gabriel by the same Cleveland team that eventually chose Sanders).
If Sanders wants to be "Legendary," as his brand name suggests, he'll have to start by defeating the Browns' biggest rivals. Dixon believes that's exactly what Shedeur will do.

Although lately, with the Steelers in Aaron Rodgers QB flux, maybe they aren't the team the Browns need to be worried about the most anyway.
If Sanders can also knock off the Bengals and Joe Burrow and the Ravens with Lamar Jackson, then there's a real rising star on our hands.
