Three games, two teams, one national championship. The Women's College World Series finals are here.

After earning its first ever No. 1 seed in the tournament, Texas lost just one game en route to its second championship series. It'll be a rematch of the 2022 finals as the Longhorns face their rival, three-time defending champion Oklahoma.

It looked like the dynasty would miss the finals after four straight appearances. Florida took a must-win 9-3 victory over Oklahoma in the first semifinals matchup. The Gators led most of Tuesday's deciding game, too, scoring in the first two innings, but the Sooners didn't back down. Jayda Coleman's walk-off home run in the eighth inning secured Oklahoma's 6-5 victory.

The matchup is one the teams know all too well. Facing off four times this year, Texas and Oklahoma split the results, winning two apiece. The Longhorns won the regular-season series, but the Sooners grabbed the Big 12 title to close out their final season in the conference.
