The Nike KD "Air Bakin" is officially on the way.

Slated for a May 15 release, the "Air Bakin" is a fiery take on the Nike KD 18, and previously teased by Kevin Durant during the course of the regular season. Constructed with a mesh panel design and wavy side panels, the shoe features an engine red upper with black accents scattered throughout. The traditional KD branding can be spotted on the shoe, along with bright yellow laces that really make the sneaker pop. The silhouette is rounded out by a thick rubber base built for adequate grip and traction, courtesy of its Zoom material.

Additionally, the word "EA$Y" can be spotted on the inside of the tongue, which is a nod to Durant's "Easy Money Sniper" nickname. The shoe will be available to shop via Nike SNKRS and select retailers, with a retail asking price of $150.

Another upcoming KD release to look forward to is the Nike KD 18 "Soft Pearl," which just hit retailers on Friday. Crafted in a cream-toned upper, which itself is crafted with a mesh design that allows for breathability and comfort, the silhouette is packed with light blue accents that serve as a contrast to the light yellow overlays dispersed throughout.

The Nike Air Zoom rubber base is built into the shoe as well, giving the silhouette a great amount of grip and traction. This "Soft Pearl" colorway accompanied the more vibrant "Liquid Lime" silhouette, which was released earlier this month.
