Quinta Brunson was backing co-hosting 'SNL' for the second time, and she had a couple of fun athlete references this go-round.

Hosting alongside singer and actress Sabrina Carpenter, Brunson took a minute to shoutout her fellow shorties in a hilarious segment. Famously clocking in a 4'11," the "Abbott Elementary" creator and actress made sure she wasn't alone as she called herself out. "Yeah, that’s right. I’m short… But I love being short, and I want other short people to know the sky’s the limit. So shorties, tonight, this one’s for us!," she said in her opening monologue.

"You can flip like Simone, Olympic superstar," Brunson continued during her segment, holding up a sign that said 4'8" in reference to Biles' height. Carpenter, who is 5'0," joined in on the action, telling Brunson, "I mean, you were talking about being short, so I thought I’d stop by." And things were all fun and games until somebody much taller showed up. A legendary NBA champion at that.

I'm talking about Dwyane Wade, of course. "Dwyane, sorry, what are you doing here?," Brunson asked, to which Wade hilariously responded, "Well, I was just in the audience watching "SNL," and I heard your song about being short, and I felt seen."

Felt seen? Okay Dwyane....(rolls eyes).

"But, you’re tall, you’re 6'4"," Brunson protested. "Yeah, but I’m 6'4," but in the basketball world, it's like 4'10." Shaq's like 7'1" and I just really want to be in the song," Wade reasoned. "Alright, I can’t say no to you, Dwyane Wade," Brunson said begrudgingly, and I guess when you put it like that...Dwyane Wade is short...kind of.

Another fun "SNL" episode hosted by Quinta Brunson.
