The 'NBA on TNT' crew never fails to take advantage of an opportunity to entertain.

So when Shaquille O'Neal, one of the four hosts, ran out of the studio to use the bathroom, you knew the show would play up that moment.

It shouldn't come as a surprise that the night after, the 'NBA on TNT' set was greeted with a new prop. A portable toilet.

Charles Barkley apparently spoiled the surprise ahead of the start of the postgame show. He didn't notice the porta-potty and when he finally did, he alerted Shaq.

Even though he was the butt of the joke, Shaq took it in stride, playing up the joke for the cameras. He stepped into the mobile john and started ripping up paper and making noises to emulate a struggle in the bathroom.

After some laughs and the big man's exit, the show finally got to discussing the Lakers-Timberwolves game.

According to Ernie Johnson the bizarre bathroom incident was unplanned, but the producers of the show were probably ecstatic to have the jokes make themselves.

At the end of the day, good television is all that counts.
