Shedeur Sanders has been in the NFL for just a few days, but he is already making an impact beyond most of his draft-mates.
Among this year's NFL Draft class, the Browns quarterback tops everyone with the most sales since the draft ended, Fanatics told Darren Rovell. While Sanders fell in the draft last weekend, it didn't make him any less popular with his fans.
Sanders' place among to top-selling rookies list is surrounded by first-round picks, as Titans' quarterback Cam Ward and Jaguars WR and CB Travis Hunter are the other players at the top of these lists. Since Sanders was drafted almost two full days after both Ward and Hunter, the other two players actually had a head start on jersey sales, but Sanders quickly caught up once the Browns made his selection official.

Shedeur Sanders jersey number
While Sanders' jersey is for sale, the quarterback's number is still to be determined. Sanders and the Browns haven't decided what number the fifth-round pick will wear, but Sanders' college digit, No. 2, is available.
Therefore, it is likely that Sanders will choose the No. 2 with the Browns, although that number hasn't seen the most success in Cleveland. Most recently, Amari Cooper wore the number from 2022 to 2024, and Bailey Zappe took the number when Cooper was traded midseason.
Other players to have worn the No. 2 with the Browns are Johnny Manziel, Tim Couch, and a variety of punters and kickers.
Nonetheless, those ordering Sanders' jersey will not get their purchase until Sanders officially chooses his number in Cleveland.
Shedeur Sanders college number
While in college, Sanders wore the No. 2 both for Jackson State and Colorado, even getting his jersey retired by the Buffaloes. Sanders explained last year that he wore that number because of how sentimental it was to him.
"Originally, I wore number two, and from then on it always just matched everything," Sanders said on his podcast. "Born in February, I’m the second son from my mom and dad together, born in 2002, that type of stuff."
Additionally, the number also matches Deion Sanders' college number, as the current Colorado coach wore the No. 2 while playing for Florida State in the late 1980s.
