Chelsea are set for a busy summer transfer window regardless of how they finish their Premier League and UEFA Conference League campaigns.

According to an article by Spanish outlet AS, Real Madrid could offload the winger in the upcoming summer transfer window, and the Blues are keen on signing him.
Despite finding significant game time under Carlo Ancelotti this season, the Spanish giants may be forced to sell the Brazilian to raise funds to sign other players. The winger has made 50 appearances for Los Blancos this season, scoring 13 goals, but could be on his way out of the Santiago Bernabeu. He could be sacrificed to raise funds for the club.

Why Rodrygo to Chelsea makes sense
Under the ownership of Todd Bohley, Chelsea have changed their approach to transfers and now focus on signing only some of the best young players in the world, and Rodrygo certainly fits that bill.
If Rodrygo does become available, then Chelsea may very well make a move for the Brazil international.
The Blues have already snapped up Estevao Willian from Palmeiras last summer, and the teenager is all set to join the Stamford Bridge side after the upcoming Club World Cup.
If Chelsea do manage to sign Rodrygo from Real Madrid, there is every chance that he will line up alongside his compatriot on the flanks for Enzo Maresca’s team.
Regardless of whether this move comes to pass or not, it is certainly one worth keeping an eye on ahead of what’s set to be a massive transfer window for Chelsea.
