Travis Kelce is the talk of the town for several reasons right now.

The star Kansas City Chiefs tight end is still helping his squad in their quest to add more Super Bowls after he pushed off retirement earlier this offseason, and off the field, he's in a high-profile relationship with superstar musician Taylor Swift. As a result, Kelce has a rabid fanbase that notices pretty much every aspect of his life, including his hairstyle.

In fact, it has led to rumors swirling suggesting that Kelce recently underwent a hair transplant.

Kelce showed up for the 2024 season sporting a new, longer hairstyle after largely keeping his hair short earlier in his career. For the most part, the reception for Kelce's new hairdo was positive, but some fans wondered how he was suddenly able to grow out his hair. That led to rumors of a hair transplant coming to light, but they were quickly shot down by a key member of Kelce's inner circle: his barber.

“Nah, not at all, man,” Kelce's barber Vince Garcia told Us Weekly. “That’s a full head of hair right there.”

As it turns out, Kelce's hair is real, which will likely put an end to this wild rumor.

In 2024, Kelce caught 97 passes for 823 yards and three touchdowns with the Chiefs, but his efforts weren't enough to help the team win their third straight Super Bowl.

After announcing his decision to return for the 2025 campaign, Kelce has largely stayed out of the spotlight this offseason, focusing on keeping himself in football shape while spending time with Swift behind the scenes.
