The Cleveland Browns ended the shocking slide of former Colorado Buffaloes quarterback Shedeur Sanders. Somehow, Sanders was around in the fifth round before getting selected No. 144 overall.
As time has gone by, several reports stated and hinted at why Sanders lasted that long, whether it be interview issues or his playing style. Either way, Sanders now goes to Cleveland with a shot at making some noise amid a crowded (but underwhelming) quarterback room.
On Friday, Kay Adams hosted her show from Churchill Downs, the scene of the Kentucky Derby. During it, Sanders was a topic of conversation, and the Browns signal-caller received some advice from former NFL QB Warren Moon.
"You understand the things you might've done wrong or done right during the pre-draft process," Moon said. "You're drafted, you got a chance to go in there and make a name for yourself."
"Use this as fuel," Moon continued. "I think he's an NFL player."
Moon then gave some key advice to Sanders.
"You can't act like a cornerback when you're playing quarterback. Quarterback is a humble position. You've got to be respectful... that's what he has to understand," Moon added when talking about the relationship between Shedeur Sanders and his dad, Deion Sanders.

It's an interesting case study as to why Shedeur Sanders fell, but as Moon said, he's in the NFL and has a chance to make some noise amid the Browns QB shuffling.
