Shedeur Sanders is putting that work in.
The rookie quarterback is in Cleveland for rookie minicamp, and he's putting in time away from the field, too.
Video has emerged of some Sanders workouts at a large hill nearby in northeast Ohio.
As anyone who has done them will know, hill workouts aren't fun, but they are effective.

Sanders raised lots of questions through the draft process, about his interview skills and dedication and all sorts of other things.
The best way for him to answer those questions is with his actions, not his words.
Did he need a film crew taping him doing lunges? Probably not, but that's the nature of being Shedeur Sanders.
The positive for the Browns is that he's working. The worst thing a player can be is content with where they're at.
Sanders is in the NFL now, and he's viewed as a shaky commodity given his NFL Draft slide.
It's up to him to change the narrative, and the best way he can do that is by working hard one day at a time.
