Jason Ryles' time in charge of Parramatta couldn't have got off to a worse start, with last Sunday's loss to Manly leaving them 0-4 and on the bottom of the ladder.

Up next, the Eels will take on St George Illawarra as they go in search of their first win of the season.

Parra edged the Dragons 44-40 in an entertaining affair the last time these two sides met in Round 26 last year.
