Brisbane cruised to the Big Bash title last season when they beat the Sydney Sixers in the final.
The Heat topped the ladder at the end of the regular season before being forced to go the long way around in the finals by the Sixers as they fell to a playoff defeat against them.
The Queenslanders were good enough to do so though, as they blasted Adelaide away and then gained revenge on the Sixers in the decider.
Will the Heat be able to go back-to-back, or will the reigning champions be knocked off their perch in the BBL?
