Bucks' Damian Lillard suffers scary non-contact injury to lower left leg in playoffs vs. Pacers image

The Milwaukee Bucks just got Damian Lillard back.

The superstar point guard had missed ample time due to Deep Vein Thrombosis, a blood clotting issue.

But on Sunday night, Milwaukee may have just lost its floor general once again.

Lillard went down with a non-contact injury to his lower left leg during the first quarter against the Indiana Pacers.

It didn't look good.

You can watch video of the injury here. Lillard won't return tonight, according to NBA insider Chris Haynes, who called the injury "potentially severe."

Lillard was trying to set his feet to chase after an offensive rebound, but he stumbled as the injury appeared to occur as he tried to plant his left foot and move forward. Lillard grabbed at his left ankle/heel area.

The NBA legend then just sat on the floor, almost as if he knew his fate.

When trainers helped Lillard off the floor, he hopped along without putting any weight on his left leg at all.

The Bucks will be in trouble to go anywhere in the postseason without Lillard.

But right now, that's secondary.

The NBA world is just hoping one of the greatest point guards ever is OK.
