The time has come — the 129th annual Penn Relays are coming back to the University of Pennsylvania this weekend.

A tradition with great history, the Penn Relays — or "Penn Relay Carnival" — has been drawing the country and world's best track and field athletes to Philadelphia since 1895.

With athletes on the middle, high school and collegiate levels, there's always bound to be some tough competition. This year, fans should look out for rivalries between USA and Jamaican high schools, as well as a world record attempt from Villanova.
