F1 results: How did Oscar Piastri and Daniel Ricciardo do?
Australian Grand Prix
It was a mixed home race for the Aussie duo.
Piastri finished P4 and could have squeezed onto the podium if things had gone his way.
The Melbourne-born talent was subject to team orders midway through the race and had to let his McLaren teammate Norris – who was on fresher tires – pass.
He then locked up later, losing around four precious seconds.
The result leaves him in an impressive fifth position in the drivers' standings.
It was a very different afternoon for fellow countryman Daniel Ricciardo, though.
Starting from P18 after exceeding track limits in qualifying, the Perth native failed to make many notable overtakes.
However, he was aided by the three retirements and a penalty to Pierre Gasly, finishing just outside of the points in P12.
Oscar Piastri: P4
Daniel Ricciardo: P12
Saudi Arabian Grand Prix
Piastri had a very strong weekend in Jeddah, qualifying in P5 and finishing the race in P4.
The 22-year-old kept his McLaren teammate Norris at bay and was able to finish ahead of him on Friday and Saturday.
The race was a slightly frustrating one for Piastri when he was stuck behind a wily Hamilton for a large chunk of the evening, finishing 14 seconds off a podium spot.

It was a disappointing Grand Prix for Ricciardo.
Starting 14th, he dropped two places to finish the race in 16th.
His performances will continue to be put under the microscope with teammate Tsunoda trumping him the entire weekend.
Oscar Piastri: P4
Daniel Ricciardo: P16
Bahrain Grand Prix
It was a fairly uneventful opening race for the Aussie pair.
After qualifying in P14, Ricciardo dropped a couple of places on the first lap following a small collision that took place in front of him.
In the final few laps, he was permitted by his team to overtake teammate Yuki Tsunoda and attack Kevin Magnussen but finished narrowly behind the Haas driver.

Starting from P8, Piastri battled with his McLaren teammate Lando Norris in the early stages but couldn't quite overtake him.
He then held his position for a good chunk of the race before he became the victim of a Lewis Hamilton undercut as he came out of the pits.
