Joe Rogan explains wanting to see Jake Paul get knocked out by Mike Tyson image

UFC commentator Joe Rogan has given his thoughts on Jake Paul vs Mike Tyson. The two entered the squared circle in a highly anticipated matchup at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas earlier this month.

In a first-of-its-kind live sporting event on Netflix, it was Paul who emerged victorious via a unanimous decision. Going into the fight, Paul emerged as the favorite on the betting lines, however, it was Tyson who was being backed by a majority of the people including Rogan.

During an episode of his podcast, the UFC color commentator spoke about how he hoped Tyson to knock out Paul in their matchup despite not having anything against the latter. He said:

“I’m glad he got to that fight and didn’t get hurt. I was hoping he would knock Jake Paul out. Just because thats the Cinderella story, not that - I don’t have anything against Jake Paul. I like Jake Paul, I think what he’s doing is genius. He’s making insane amounts of money, he’s having a great time, and he’s a legit boxer.”
