With a 3-14 season in the rearview mirror, the Titans are fully focused on the future.
Tennessee, which is led by head coach Brian Callahan and new general manager Mike Borgonzi, has the luxury of being able to choose any player it wants in the 2025 NFL Draft, owning the No. 1 pick. The expectation, of course, is that the Titans will claim Miami quarterback Cam Ward.
Even beyond the first pick though, this will be a critical draft for Tennessee as it enters a new era. The Titans have a total of eight selections in this year's draft.

Titans NFL Draft needs
- Quarterback: A 3-14 record often means a team didn't get great quarterback play; that was the case in Tennessee. Will Levis remains on the roster, but the former second-rounder has thrown 16 interceptions and completed just 61.0% of his passes through two seasons. Brandon Allen and Tim Boyle are also on Tennessee's roster. Presumably, Cam Ward will usher in a new era of Titans football as the top selection.
- Defensive end: Harold Landry III led the Titans in sacks last season with nine. He's gone now, having joined the Patriots. That leaves a suspect pass rush lacking even more, as Tennessee could use as many impact defenders as possible. Jeffrey Simmons and T'Vondre Sweat should provide a strong presence on the inside, but keep an eye on the Titans selecting a pass rusher.
- Wide receiver: Tennessee will need to surround its new quarterback, in all likelihood, with weapons. Tony Pollard and Chig Okonkwo are effective players at their respective positions, but wide receiver depth is currently bleak. Calvin Ridley had a 1,000-yard season in 2024. Beyond him, Treylon Burks is the next-best option. A young receiver would be a wise addition for Tennessee's new-look offense.
