The eight best players in the world this year contest the WTA Finals in Saudi Arabia over the coming week.

Top seed Aryna Sabalenka and Iga Swiatek are the favourites to reach the final on November 9 as they compete for the title of year-end champion and the right to end the season as the world No. 1.

United States duo Coco Gauff and Jessica Pegula will also have their eyes on the prize, not to mention a record prize-money total available to the champion.

Below, The Sporting News details which players have qualified, how the draw looks, and the way the schedule is set for the coming seven days.

Who qualified for the 2024 WTA Finals?

The top eight players in the world this year will contest the 2024 WTA Finals.

Seven of the eight highest-ranked players are involved. The other place goes to Barbora Krejcikova as the highest-ranked grand slam singles champion who finished between eighth and 20th on the Race to the WTA Finals leaderboard.
