The 2024-25 National Lacrosse League (NLL) campaign will begin on Friday, Nov. 29, launching a 21-week regular season.
The Buffalo Bandits will pursue a three-peat behind 2024 NLL MVP and Finals MVP Josh Byrne. Last year, the Bandits swept the Albany FireWolves in the NLL Finals.
The FireWolves, San Diego Seals and Toronto Rock are among the formidable teams hoping to deny the Bandits yet another title. Elsewhere, the Ottawa Black Bears — formerly known as the New York Riptide — will embark on their first season in their new city.

How to watch NLL games: TV channels, live streams
Throughout the 2024-25 NLL season, ESPN will air at least 10 games live on its linear channels in the U.S. Canadian fans can catch 18 total games on TSN's linear platforms.
