The Milwaukee Bucks lost to the Indiana Pacers, 129-103, in Game 4 on Sunday. However, the biggest story of the game was the non-contact injury that Damian Lillard suffered.
Lillard played just six minutes before suffering the injury in what many believe is an Achilles tear.
After the game, Rivers was gutted that Lillard suffered the injury, per Tim Reynolds.
"I knew it right away. I feel bad for him. The guy tried to come back for his team. I just feel bad for him," Rivers said. "This is a tough one, honestly. Blood clot, followed by this. It's just tough...He's just such a great freakin' dude. On the basketball level, but more importantly, as a teammate and a father, all that stuff. No one deserves it."
It's a devastating blow for Lillard, who was out for some time due to blood clots but was able to return in Game 2 of the postseason.
Rivers also added that "it's not very promising" for Lillard.
“It’s not very promising. … I feel bad for him. The guy tried to come back for his team.”

NBA insider Chris Haynes also reported that there is fear that Lillard suffered a torn Achilles, so it's a massive blow to the star point guard.
The official injury diagnosis will come soon, but this is a tough pill to swallow.
