Cubs' Pete Crow-Armstrong on pace for historic MLB season amid torrid stretch image

Goodness gracious, Pete Crow-Armstrong isn't slowing down.

He has nine home runs in his last 17 games after hitting another on Saturday night.

And right now, the Cubs sensation is on pace for a nearly 40-40 season.

His actual paces are 39 home runs and 59 steals. That'd still be one of the most unique seasons in MLB history.

PCA is on pace for 10.3 Wins Above Replacement, which is incredible MVP-level production.

A lot of his value comes from Gold Glove-level centerfield defense.

But now Crow-Armstrong also can't stop crushing home runs.

PCA is earning himself a lot of future money, but he's also earning the Cubs a lot of present wins.

It's a good time to be a Chicago fan because Crow-Armstrong has emerged as one of the best players in all of baseball.
