Joel Embiid has been the cornerstone of the Philadelphia 76ers for so many years, but his inability to stay healthy could lead to the parties going separate ways.

The Sixers' intentions were to compete for a championship with a Big Three of Embiid, Paul George, and Tyrese Maxey. Instead, Philadelphia is near the bottom of the Eastern Conference with a 3-14 record. The superstar center has appeared in just four games this season.

If this Philadelphia trio suffers a similar fate to the Brooklyn Nets era of Kevin Durant, James Harden, and Kyrie Irving, Embiid could head elsewhere in the near future. One of the most logical destinations for the 30-year-old is the no-nonsense Miami Heat. Coach Erik Spoelstra and team president Pat Riley are two of the best the league has to offer and tolerate no excuses, otherwise known as 'Heat Culture.'

A proposed blockbuster trade from Fadeaway World between the Heat and Sixers is as follows:

76ers receive: Bam Adebayo, Tyler Herro, 2029 First-Round Pick, 2031 First-Round Pick

Heat receive: Embiid

Despite the Sixers signing Embiid to a lucrative contract extension this summer, accepting this package feels like a no-brainer. Adebayo is widely regarded as one of the NBA's top defenders, while Herro is in the midst of a career year. Not to mention, two unprotected first-round picks. With a core of Maxey, Herro, Jared McCain, and Adebayo, Philadelphia could make serious noise once again in the near future.

The most likely outcome is George seeing a change of scenery if Embiid is also dealt elsewhere.

For the Heat, it comes down to their confidence level in a duo of Embiid and Jimmy Butler. Neither is the most available star, but if healthy, there's no denying the raw talent Miami would have.
