Some of WWE’s biggest storylines will reach its apex when WrestleMania 40 comes to Philadelphia. From April 6-7, WWE’s signature event, the Super Bowl of pro wrestling, will showcase the biggest names and the best matches.
WrestleMania 40 takes place inside Lincoln Financial Field, home to the Eagles. The event will be on Peacock and the WWE Network.
Since 1985, WrestleMania has become a cultural phenomenon within the sports world, with fans from all over attending or watching on their TV. Recently, WrestleMania has become a two-night event. With the event now in football stadiums, attendance records can be shattered yearly.
With WrestleMania being two nights, WWE has a difficult task: balancing out the cards. Talent will be happy to be wrestling on either day, but figuring out which wrestlers compete on which day is an important decision.

WWE WrestleMania 40 Night 1 main event: Is The Rock competing?
For the first time since 2016, The Rock will compete in a WrestleMania match. "The Final Boss" will team with his cousin Roman Reigns to face Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins.
The Rock initially challenged Reigns for the "Head of the Table" moniker. However, following fan backlash and a change in booking, The Rock joined The Bloodline and entered a feud with Rhodes. The two have since verbally attacked one another, with The Rock giving Rhodes a physical beatdown before WrestleMania.
"The Final Boss" persona combines the classic Rock character with the heel Hollywood Rock persona from the early 2000s.
