It has been a chaotic buildup to the boxing match between Logan Paul and Dillon Danis, who fight on the latest MF & DAZN: X Series card on October 14. The co-main event under KSI vs. Tommy Fury airs on DAZN PPV from the Manchester Arena.
At this point, the fight is still on, but anything is possible. The drama surrounding the bout started when Danis teased pulling out after Paul’s fiancée sued him for sharing pictures of her across social media. He did pull out of a planned fight against KSI in January but has since retracted his recent statement following backlash online. A few days before fight night, Danis hit Paul in the head with a microphone, causing “The Maverick” to bleed. Luckily, Paul was OK.
And this isn't the last piece of drama surrounding the fight.

On Friday, Paul and Danis participated in a weigh-in. The former came in at 194.3 pounds, but Danis insisted that Paul breached regulations by missing the 11 a.m. BST deadline (weigh-ins were between 10 and 11). He then went on a social media tirade saying Paul is on drugs and the commission is paid for by KSI and Misfits. Danis later posted a graphic for a fight between him and Logan’s brother Jake.

It has many wondering what the status of the fight is.
The commission's rules state that weigh-ins are between 10 and 11. If you miss the 11 o'clock deadline, you've missed weight. I weighed in at 10:15, but Logan still hasn't. The commission said that if he doesn't arrive by the 11am deadline, the fight is off. He missed the weight,…

Will Jake Paul replace Logan Paul against Dillon Danis?
Jake teased boxing fans by saying he has a surprise for KSI on social media. BAVAFA Sports, representing Jake, sent out a statement confirming that he would replace Logan if needed.
“We have been asked multiple times if Jake Paul would step in? Jake has confirmed he would 100% step in if that is what Logan needed / wanted. As of now Jake will be there to support Logan and watch his brother win.”

Logan has dismissed Danis’ posts, saying, “He’s so scared of me,” and, “You Wish. See you tomorrow.”
Jake has not fought since beating Nate Diaz in August in what was a rebound win after a loss to Tommy Fury. “The Problem Child” doesn’t have a fight lined up, though he has his eyes on a KSI fight and a Fury rematch.
Paul responded to Danis’ non-stop posts on social media, dismissing any claims of him stepping in.
I will always have my brother’s back. I chose not to respond to the puppet’s countless tweets as it would only amplify his harassment. But make no mistake, if Logan needed me to step in, I would take great joy in knocking that maggot out. See you soon. https://t.co/egvX4u6gAk
