Holders Real Madrid will face 2022/23 winners Manchester City in the pick of the UEFA Champions League knockout playoff ties.

Madrid or City have featured in each of the past four Champions League finals but one of them will be making an early exit after both finished outside of the top eight in the inaugural league phase.

City risked going out altogether, sneaking up to 22nd place thanks to a 3-1 win over Club Brugge on the final matchweek.

Elsewhere, Paris Saint-Germain will play Brest in an all-Ligue 1 tie, while Feyenoord and Juventus avoided matchups with domestic rivals as they were drawn to face AC Milan and PSV respectively.

Six-time European champions Bayern Munich take on 1967 winners Celtic, while their Bundesliga rivals and last season's finalists Borussia Dortmund are up against Sporting CP

Sporting's Lisbon neighbours Benfica have been paired with Monaco, and Brugge's next assignment is against Europa League winners Atalanta.
