SRH retained players 2025: Full list of Sunrisers Hyderabad retentions for IPL 2025 mega auction

Who has SRH retained for IPL 2025?

With a strong performance last season and a run to the final, SRH has chosen to retain top performers to continue building on their success.

Below are the confirmed retentions:

• Heinrich Klaasen: The South African wicketkeeper-batter remains one of the most explosive T20 players globally. With back-to-back impressive seasons, scoring 448 and 479 runs at strike rates over 170, Klaasen is a vital part of SRH’s batting core and has been retained for INR 23 crore.

• Pat Cummins: After leading SRH to the finals with his consistent bowling, Cummins was retained at INR 18 crore.

• Abhishek Sharma: Abhishek has become one of SRH’s cornerstone players, scoring 484 runs last season. His ability to bowl left-arm orthodox spin adds depth, and he’s retained at INR 14 crore.

• Travis Head: With 567 runs last season, Head’s top-order stability and aggressive play were pivotal. He is retained for INR 14 crore.

• Nitish Kumar Reddy: A promising young all rounder recently capped with India, Nitish Kumar Reddy joins the retention list at INR 6 crore.
