No one does it bigger than Chris Gayle, who smashed a record 357 sixes in 142 matches from 2009 to 2021. Gayle's big-stature strike rate of 148.96 enabled him to amass 4,965 runs, with six centuries and 31 half-centuries under his belt.

Rohit Sharma, the consistent opener, is second on 297 sixes in 266 games. He has accumulated 6,868 runs with a consistent strike rate of 131.89. Virat Kohli, on the other hand, is the IPL leader in overall runs (8,396) and has hit 285 sixes at a strike rate of 132.49 in 261 games.

MS Dhoni keeps posting his mark in the form of 260 sixes in 273 games, while AB de Villiers left his IPL with 251 sixes. David Warner (236 sixes), Kieron Pollard (223), Sanju Samson (216), Andre Russell (213), and KL Rahul (203) make the top-notch list.
