Texas softball picked up its most exciting win of the season on Thursday.
The No. 3 Longhorns beat No. 9 LSU by a 7-3 score, which doesn't seem that interesting at first glance.
But before the final pitch of the game, it was tied 3-3.
That's when Texas catcher Reese Atwood stepped in with the bases loaded in the bottom of the seventh and took a big hack at the first pitch she saw.
Atwood crushed the ball deep to left, a no-doubt home run off the building well beyond the outfield fence.
The Longhorns heroine also threw in quite a wonderful bat flip.

Atwood's bomb also made history. It's the first walk-off grand slam in the history of Longhorns softball.
The win moved Texas to 40-5 on the season, including 12-4 in SEC play.
Atwood's season average is up to .417 after her legendary swing. It was her 15th home run, and she's driven in 61 runs.
Right hitter, right place, right time, and it all added up to a brilliant sports moment on Thursday evening in Austin, Texas.
