This Christmas will mark just the third and fourth Wednesday NFL games played since 1948. The most recent was in 2020 as COVID-19 delayed a game between the Ravens and Steelers so much that they had to play on a Wednesday.
LIVE: Follow Beyonce halftime show updates from NFL Christmas performance
Ironically, the Steelers and Ravens will each be playing on Christmas, but against different teams. The Steelers host the Chiefs at 1 p.m. ET, followed by the Ravens going on the road to face the Texans at 4:30 p.m. ET.
Similar to Thanksgiving, the NFL wants to draw in viewers by putting on a big halftime show for the games. The Ravens-Texans game will feature music icon Beyonce performing at Christmas. Queen B is a Houston native and was a fitting choice for the game being played at NRG Stadium in Houston, Texas.
Here is everything you need to know about Beyonce's upcoming halftime show.

Beyonce NFL halftime show details
Beyonce will perform on an NFL stage for the first time since her 2013 Super Bowl halftime show. The bar was set pretty high as Destiny's Child re-formed and performed three songs together.
This year, Queen B is expected to be solo, but you never know.
The game will air on Netflix, and the company will want to ensure that the halftime show is a must-watch. Beyonce's announcement of her being in the halftime show saw her adorned in all white, including a white cowboy hat. The background had a cactus that Beyonce put an ornament on, then revealing it to be covered in lights.
The show is called "A Cowboy Carter Christmas." We don't have a set list yet, but you can expect that it will be a blend of Queen B's music as well as a Christmas song or two. NFL halftime shows are typically not very long and feature Corgi races or little league football teams squaring off. Beyonce will likely get more time not only for a stage to be set up but also for her to perform several songs.
There was talk that Beyonce's show would be 20 minutes as opposed to the traditional Super Bowl time of 12-15 minutes, but the singer's publicist denied those rumors.
With the game set to kick off at 4:30 p.m. ET, the estimated start time for Beyonce's show will be 6 p.m. ET. That is subject to change not only with how long the previous game lasts but also with how quickly the first half of the Ravens-Texas game ends.
