Manchester United are reportedly preparing to bolster their attack with a new striker in January.
After a sluggish start to the Premier League season, where the team has managed just 13 goals in 12 matches, new head coach Ruben Amorim is looking for solutions.
Reports (via Daily Mail) suggest United have identified four potential candidates to lead their line.
This comes as Amorim aims to revamp the team’s fortunes while ensuring his style of play fits the squad’s needs.

List of Man United January targets
Among the leading options is Eintracht Frankfurt’s Omar Marmoush. The Egyptian forward has been in red-hot form, scoring 11 goals in 11 Bundesliga games.
His consistency has made him the second-highest scorer in the league, trailing only Harry Kane.
Marmoush’s price tag is reportedly around £50 million, making him a realistic option.
Victor Osimhen, currently on loan at Galatasaray, is also being considered.
The Napoli forward has a £63 million release clause and has already impressed with eight goals in 10 matches this season, including a brace against Tottenham in the Europa League.
Randal Kolo Muani, who has found himself deprived of game time at PSG, and Bayer Leverkusen’s Victor Boniface are also on the list.
While Kolo Muani could be available for a loan or permanent deal, Boniface’s high price may make him a less likely choice.

Why United needs a striker
The pressure to find a reliable scorer stems from United’s current attacking issues.
Summer signing Rasmus Hojlund has managed just two goals in an injury-disrupted start, while Joshua Zirkzee has only one goal in 18 appearances.
Why not Gyokeres for United?
Amorim has vowed not to raid his former club Sporting for striker Viktor Gyokeres, despite the Swedish forward’s success under him. This has pushed United to explore other options as they look to secure a top-four finish.
