Jake Paul has made waves in the combat sports world ever since he made his debut in 2020. Amassing a record of 11-1 as of now, he is one of the most popular names in the sport of boxing.
Despite the constant criticism directed at him for fighting old and retired fighters, there is no denying the fact that he can pull more numbers than most fighters. As a result, Paul is starting to get called out by many professional boxers.
Moreover, it’s not just boxers who want a shot at Paul, even former retired MMA fighters want to take him on in a boxing fight for disrespecting their sport.
However, this does not sit well with UFC veteran Chael Sonnen. This is because he believes they are only doing it out of greed after seeing the kind of numbers that ‘The Problem Child’ has pulled off. He stated:
“I mean all of these boxers who have all of a sudden found their b**ls should be ashamed of themselves…You didn’t want to fight Jake back then when you didn’t know if he was any good.”
That said, having received a number of callouts, it remains to be seen as to who Paul takes on next.
