Michigan players drafted 2025: Full list of NFL Draft picks from Wolverines, including Mason Graham, Will Johnson image

Michigan nearly set the NFL Draft record in 2024.

How many Wolverines will be selected in the 2025 NFL Draft? Michigan struggled with an 8-5 record in Sherrone Moore's first season with the program, but the Wolverines closed the season on a high note with a victory against Ohio State in The Game and a win against Alabama in the Reliaquest Bowl.

Michigan could challenge for the most first-round picks in this year's draft. Defensive tackles Mason Graham and Kenneth Grant, cornerback Will Johnson and tight end Colston Loveland – all key players on the 2023 national championship team – are projected to be first-round picks. The Wolverines had nine players at the 2025 NFL Scouting Combine. How many of those players will be drafted?

Michigan players drafted in 2025 NFL Draft

Here is a look at the Michigan players expected to be taken in the 2025 NFL Draft according to SN's Vinnie Iyer's latest mock draft. Iyer has a total of seven players from Michigan being selected in the 2025 NFL Draft A closer look at those projections:

PLAYERPOSITIONPROJ. ROUNDPICKPROJECTED TEAM

Will JohnsonCB113Miami Dolphins
Kenneth GrantDT115Atlanta Falcons
Colston LovelandTE126Los Angeles Rams
Josiah StewartEDGE264Philadelphia Eagles
Kalel MullingsRB6181Los Angeles Chargers
Donovan EdwardsRB6205Washington Commanders

Graham and Grant – the dominant defensive tackles who helped Michigan beat Ohio State 13-10 in the regular-season finale – should be first-round locks. Graham had five sacks and 20 quarterback hurries last season and is considered one of the safest picks in the first round.

Johnson and Loveland battled injuries in their final season with the Wolverines. Johnson had nine interceptions and three returns for touchdowns. When healthy, he was one of the best cornerbacks in the FBS. Loveland likely will fall behind Penn State's Tyler Warren, but the Michigan tight end was a reliable pass-catcher who had a 70.1% catch percentage through the last two seasons. That was with varying levels of quarterback play. Stewart will be a solid edge rusher at the next level, too.

The running back tandem of Mullings and Edwards will likely get drafted on Day 3. Mullings had 948 yards and 12 TDs, and a reunion with Jim Harbaugh seems appropriate. Edwards averaged 24 catches the last two seasons and could find a role as a third-down back.

Most Michigan players drafted in a single draft

Michigan had 13 players selected in the 2024 NFL Draft after winning the College Football Playoff championship in Harbaugh's final season with the program. Quarterback J.J. McCarthy was Michigan's lone first-round pick in that draft.

Which school has the record for most picks in a single NFL Draft?

Georgia had 15 players selected in the 2022 NFL Draft, and that included five first-round picks led by No. 1 pick Travon Walker. Ohio State (2004) and LSU (2020) each had 14 players selected, and Michigan (2024) had 13 players taken in last year's draft after winning the national championship.

When is Bryce Underwood eligible for the NFL Draft?

There is excitement around Bryce Underwood – the No. 1 quarterback recruit in the class of 2025 who flipped from LSU to Michigan and is projected to start for the Wolverines. Underwood is not eligible for the NFL Draft until 2028.
