The Gabba: Pitch Report
The Gabba traditionally offers good pace and bounce for the pace bowlers, and we can expect a similar pitch for this Test match as well. However, it will be interesting to see if the weather or rain will affect the conditions at the ground.
Apart from the pace on the wicket assisting bowlers, the batters who are well-set and accustomed to the bounce on the wicket can score freely here with the drop-in pitch installed.
Statistically, neither the team batting first nor the second has an outright advantage here.
