Packers NFL Draft needs
- Wide receiver: While Jordan Love has had a deep wide receiver room for some time, Green Bay hasn't had a true No. 1 receiver since Davante Adams departed. Jayden Reed, Dontayvion Wicks, Romeo Doubs, and Christian Watson have all become solid players, but with Watson out for the long-term, the Packers only signed Mecole Hardman in free agency. Either a first-round receiver or depth option would be beneficial for Love.
- Defensive end: With Rashan Gary, Kingsley Enagbare, and a few more key pieces returning, pass rushers aren't an immediate need for Green Bay. But Enagbare is entering a contract year, so a young defensive end to develop could be wise. LaFleur has said he wants his pass rush to improve, and adding a rookie could be the answer.
- Cornerback: Jaire Alexander's future with the Packers is up in the air. If he winds up traded or released, cornerback becomes a critical need for Green Bay. While players like Nate Hobbs, Keisean Nixon, and Carrington Valentine have starting experience, adding a corner to develop in Alexander's potential absence could be key.
