Huddersfield Giants have officially completed the signing of Taane Milne.
The Fiji international has inked a two-year contract with the Super League outfit.
After a disappointing 2024 campaign, the 29-year-old was not offered a new deal with the Rabbitohs, although a strong showing in the Pacific Championships put him on the radar of some clubs.
He will notably link up with former Bunnies teammates Tom Burgess and Jacob Gagai, who have already signed with Huddersfield.

Milne made a handful of NRL appearances for the Dragons and Warriors between 2016 and 2019.
The Auckland-born player then found his feet at South Sydney in 2021, going on to play 69 first-grade matches for the famous club.
Milne has also won 10 caps for the Fijian national rugby league team.
"I’m really excited to make the move over there, my partner will come eventually," Milne said.
"It’s been a long process but I'm glad it’s done now and I can’t wait to get into training and meet the boys. I was speaking to Tom Burgess, and he was talking good things about the club.
"He asked if I’d be interested in a move if an opportunity came about and coming off contract, I said I would think about it.
"[Coach Luke Robinson] gave me a call two weeks in and told me he was interested. I’m having a baby in January and he rang me to tell me about how it is a family-orientated club and reassured me. I really respected that."
