Carlo Ancelotti reveals date for announcing his Real Madrid future image

The future of Carlo Ancelotti at Real Madrid has been one of the hot topics in Spain this season.

With the team still fighting in La Liga and the new Club World Cup on the horizon, fans have been waiting for a clear signal. Now, the Italian boss has finally given one — but only just.

Speaking to the media ahead of a busy final stretch, Ancelotti made it clear he won’t say a word about his future until after the season ends.

While rumors keep flying about possible replacements and a Saudi switch, the man himself is keeping things locked tighter than a defensive back four at the Santiago Bernabeu.

Ancelotti has guided Real Madrid through another rollercoaster of a campaign. They've lifted the UEFA Super Cup, stayed close in the league title race, but also suffered a painful Champions League exit to Arsenal.

Losing the Copa del Rey final to Barcelona didn’t help either — especially when the Catalans are chasing a treble.

What Carlo Ancelotti said on Real Madrid future

Despite the noise, Ancelotti isn’t budging.

“I will talk about my future on the 25th and not before,” he said on Saturday. “I know perfectly well what I have to do, what I am going to do and what I am doing, which is not talking about my future today.”

When asked about whether he'd still be around for the Club World Cup, Ancelotti kept it simple: “I don’t have to answer now about what can happen after 25 May.”

With five La Liga games left, including a tough trip to Barcelona, Ancelotti is focused on the finish line. He said the squad is motivated and ready to give everything to stay in the title race.

Fans hoping for clarity will have to wait a bit longer. But in true Ancelotti fashion, the boss is keeping his cool — and his cards close to his chest.
