Pippen is a hallowed name in Chicago's United Center, one of just four former players to have their jersey's retired by the historic franchise.
But it was Pippen Jr. who was impressing the Windy City fans this weekend, as the Hall-of-Fame player's son and his Memphis Grizzlies squad rolled into town.
In what was a massive win for the Grizzlies, Pippen Jr. set a career high, and even matched one of his father's records.

Where else but Chicago?
As Memphis claimed a 142-131 win over the Bulls, Pippen Jr. lead the way with 30 points and 10 assists - a game high as well as a career high.

He also became the first player to record 25 points, eight assists, and 80%FG at the United Center since Scottie Pippen senior, in November of 1995.
"It's definitely a special place to play," Pippen Jr. said after the game.
"I've been coming here since I was a kid, so just being able to go out there and perform and see my Dad's name in the rafters is definitely a dream come true.
"Opportunity is huge for a lot of us, I'm just trying to take advantage of it."
The young guard has found a home in Memphis over the last two seasons, after a tough stint as a rookie with the Lakers, and a Grizzlies team marred by injuries has seen ample time open up for Pippen Jr., allowing him to show exactly what he can do.
