Week 12's Sunday Night Football matchup features two teams fighting for positioning in the NFC playoffs, as the Rams host the Eagles to cap Sunday's action.

The Eagles enter the game aiming for the top seed in the NFC. Philadelphia is 8-2 and one game back of the Detroit Lions for the No. 1 spot in the conference. The Eagles are currently on a six-game winning streak, which includes two straight wins over division rivals Washington and Dallas.

In his first season for the Eagles, Saquon Barkley has been a star, already rushing for 1,137 yards and eight touchdowns on 187 carries. On the receiving side, A.J. Brown missed three games earlier this year but has still totaled 33 catches for 618 yards and three touchdowns.

As for the Rams, they continue to fight for a playoff spot with a 5-5 record. L.A. is locked in a three-team tie for second place in the NFC West, one game behind the 6-4 Cardinals. Los Angeles began the season 1-4, but it's 4-1 in its past five games to get back into the playoff conversation.

The Rams have gotten healthier over the past month, with Cooper Kupp and Puka Nacua leading the passing attack. Veteran quarterback Matthew Stafford has played in every game this year, producing 2,557 passing yards with 13 touchdowns and seven interceptions.

Eagles 37, Rams 14

11:22 p.m.: TOUCHDOWN! Barkley does it again, this time scoring from 72 yards out to ice the game for the Eagles. Barkley now has a career-high 255 rushing yards on the night.

11:20 p.m.: Los Angeles' defense is able to force a three-and-out, but the Eagles line up to go for it on fourth down and get the Rams to jump offsides, allowing Philadelphia to continue the drive.

11:13 p.m.: The Rams offense hits a wall, as an offensive pass interference and a sack-fumble back Los Angeles all the way up to a 4th-and-33. The Rams are forced to punt with five minutes left in the game as the Eagles are putting the game away. 

11:09 p.m.: Facing a 4th-and-3, Stafford completes to TuTu Atwell for the first down, keeping the Rams offense on the field with under 8 minutes left in the game.

11:05 p.m.: Stafford and Nacua connect for a first down to open as the drive as the Rams in desperate need of a touchdown.

11:01 p.m.: FIELD GOAL! With the Eagles facing a goal-to-go situation, the Eagles initially can't score through three downs. However, offsetting penalties give the Eagles another third-down chance, but Jalen Hurts' pass falls incomplete. Jake Elliott's field goal attempt is good.

10:54 p.m.: The Eagles continue to chip away on this drive, as they convert another third down. This time, Barkley gets a tough third-and-short to get into the red zone.

End of third quarter: Eagles 27, Rams 14

10:49 p.m: The Rams defense needs a quick three-and-out, but Hurts and Brown connect for a huge play on 3rd-and-5. The Eagles are back in Rams territory.

10:44 p.m.: The Rams drive stalls as a holding penalty and sack force a field goal attempt. However, Josh Karty misses the 47-yarder, keeping the deficit at 13.

10:38 p.m.: Facing a fourth-and-short at midfield, the Rams go for it and execute a Puka Nacua 29-yard catch-and-run. Los Angeles has the ball in the red zone.

10:30 p.m.: TOUCHDOWN! Kenneth Gainwell finishes what Barkley started, scoring from 13 yards out to end the drive.

10:29 p.m.: On 3rd-and-10, Hurts runs for a long first down that is nullified by offsetting penalties. On the next play, Barkley takes a screen pass deep into Rams territory, setting the Eagles up again.

10:25 p.m.: The Eagles are moving the ball again, as Jalen Hurts, A.J. Brown and Saquon Barkley have Philadelphia past midfield.

10:19 p.m.: TOUCHDOWN! The Rams cash in as Stafford finds DeMarcus Robinson in the endzone, and Los Angeles is back in the game.

10:17 p.m.: After getting to the Eagles 30-yard line, the Rams offense goes backwards due to a Williams stuffed run and two incomplete passes. However, the Eagles are called for pass interference in the endzone on Puka Nacua, so Los Angeles has new life with first-and-goal.

10:09 p.m.: Kyren Williams fumbles on his first carry of the half, but the Rams keep possession. Instead, Los Angeles is now driving to try and get back into the game.

10:07 p.m.: TOUCHDOWN! Barkley opens the half with a 70-yard rushing touchdown, as the running back now has 143 rushing yards on the day and 1,300 on the season.

10:06 p.m.: We are back from halftime as the Eagles will get the ball first already up six.

9:51 p.m.: The Eagles can't inch much closer following the penalty, but Philadelphia decides to go for it on 4th-and-7. However, a Jalen Hurts run is stuffed, and the Rams will get one shot at the endzone on a turnover-on-downs. However, the Eagles sack Stafford on the final play of the half.

9:46 p.m.: A Rams pass interference gets the Eagles to midfield as Philadelphia tries to get into field goal range.

9:42 p.m.: Nakobe Dean gets to Stafford for another Eagles sack, setting up a Rams 3rd-and-long in their own territory. Los Angeles chooses to run the ball with Williams, leading to a punt with 33 seconds left in the half.

9:39 p.m.: TOUCHDOWN! The officials overturn the call on the field, giving Brown the touchdown with 1:27 left in the half.

9:36 p.m.: Hurts appears to complete to A.J. Brown for the touchdown, but the ball is knocked out of Brown's hands at the last second. However, the play is currently under review.

9:34 p.m.: On 3rd-and-5, Hurts rushes for the first down to keep the drive alive. Then, Hurts completes to Barkley along the sidelines to get the Eagles within the 10-yard line again.

9:28 p.m.: Philadelphia is back in Rams territory, as Barkley has 28 rushing yards on the drive as the game hits the two-minute warning. So far tonight, Barkley already has 12 rushes for 72 yards.

9:23 p.m.: The Eagles defense is starting to get going. On 3rd-and-9, Brandon Graham gets to Stafford to force a second straight punt.

9:17 p.m.: FIELD GOAL! The Eagles offense kept going backwards, as a 1st-and-10 turned into a 3rd-and-16. Thus, Hurts tried to run for the first down but was way short, and forcing the Eagles to kick a field goal.

9:12 p.m.: On another 3rd-and-short, Hurst finds Brown for a huge, 27-yard connection, getting into the red zone for the second time today.

9:10 p.m.: Jalen Hurts converts a third-and-short with an 11-yard run, and the Eagles are back in Los Angeles territory.

9:06 p.m.: After struggling in the first two drives of the game, the Eagles defense bounces back with a quick three-and-out on the Rams offense to get its offense the ball back.

9:01 p.m.: Saquon Barkley begins the new period with a first-down run. However, the Eagles can't do much more as Hurts is sacked on third down and they are forced to punt.

8:56 p.m.: Eagles close out the first quarter facing a third-and-three in their own territory.

8:50 p.m.: TOUCHDOWN! After a pass interference penalty, Kyren Williams scores a one-yard touchdown to take the lead.

8:48 p.m.: Stafford is in rhythm, as he finds DeMarcus Robinson and Nacua for a couple of big gains to get within the Eagles 10-yard line.

8:44 p.m.: Stafford and Puka Nacua connect for 14 yards on the second play of the drive, and the Rams are at midfield already.

8:39 p.m.: FIELD GOAL! The Rams prevent the Eagles from punching the ball into the endzone, but Jake Elliott nails a short fiedl goal to open the scoring.

8:37 p.m.: Saquon Barkley has the Eagles moving, as he carries the ball three times to get into a goal-to-go situation.

8:34 p.m.: Jalen Hurts complete to A.J. Brown for the first two times tonight, and the Eagles are past midfield and well into Rams territory following the turnover.

8:32 p.m.: FUMBLE! The play is overturned and ruled a fumble, giving the Eagles the first turnover of the game.

8:30 p.m.: It appeared that Williams fumbled, with an Eagles recovery, but the officials ruled him down. However, Nick Sirianni got the challenge flag out just as the Rams were running their next play, and the referees ruled that Sirianni challenged the play in time despite the Rams running a full play after.

8:26 p.m.: Los Angeles is driving on their first drive, largely due to a big 15-yard Matthew Stafford run to get into Eagles territory, then a huge 27-yard Kyren Williams run to get into the red zone.

8:23 p.m.: And we are underway from Los Angeles! The Rams will get the ball first from their own 30-yard line.

7:46 p.m.: Philadelphia exits the locker room for a game with huge playoff implications in the NFC.

7:24 p.m.: The Eagles will be wearing their all-white uniforms tonight.

7:01 p.m.: For the Rams, left tackle Rob Havenstein is a notable inactive player for the night.

6:56 p.m.: As expected, Devonta Smith is inactive for the Eagles.

6:25 p.m.: Matthew Stafford and Cooper Kupp are looking to have another strong connection against Philadelphia.
