For two consecutive Premier League seasons, Arsenal has given a solid account of themselves to chase down an elusive domestic title, only for them to finish second-best on both occasions.

It has been two decades since the Gunners last lifted the Premier League trophy. Mikael Arteta’s team will hope to end that drought. Arsenal open their 2024-25 Premier League campaign against Wolverhampton Wanderers at the Emirates Stadium on Saturday, August 17.

Wolves however, have proven regularly that they are not a team to be underestimated, and Gary O’Neil’s team has aspirations of finishing in the top half of the table this season.
