Harsha Bhogle, a well-known Indian cricket commentator, has unveiled his all-time Indian Premier League (IPL) XI.

His selection features a mix of past and present stars who have left a mark on the tournament. In an interesting choice, Bhogle's team includes Virat Kohli and Chris Gayle as openers, but does not feature Rohit Sharma or Kieron Pollard.

Who are included in Harsha Bhogle's all-time IPL XI?

Virat Kohli and Chris Gayle have been chosen to open the innings. This pair is well-known for their explosive batting. Together, they scored 1210 runs in 28 innings and had four fifty-run stands, which included four centuries.

Suresh Raina, often called "Mr. IPL," is the third batter. He was the first player to accumulate 5000 runs in the IPL and had been loyal to Chennai Super Kings playing a plethora of matches.

Suryakumar Yadav is selected for the number four spot. His rise in IPL since 2017 has been impressive. MS Dhoni is named as both the captain and wicketkeeper. Known for his match-winning innings and sharp glovework, Dhoni’s leadership is well-recognized.

Hardik Pandya is the sole all-rounder in the team. His performances with both bat and ball for Mumbai Indians and Gujarat Titans have helped the team to numerous victories.

Lasith Malinga and Jasprit Bumrah are the primary death bowlers. Both of them being associated with Mumbai Indians, have a knack for delivering under pressure.

Rashid Khan and Sunil Narine complete the XI. Rashid has been effective for Sunrisers Hyderabad, while Narine had an exceptional all-round season for Kolkata Knight Riders earlier this year.
