Jose Mourinho is plotting a path to successive European titles as his Roma side take on Sevilla in the 2022/23 Europa League final.
Mourinho led Roma to victory in the first-ever UEFA Europa Conference League final, in 2021/22, and he needs to win this final, to secure a backdoor route to Champions League qualification.
However, the veteran boss faces a battle in Budapest, up against the most successful team in Europa League history (and previously as the UEFA Cup), with Sevilla boasting six titles.
Jose Luis Mendilibar has reignited Sevilla's stuttering season, taking over in March as the team's third manager of the season. He is very familiar with Mourinho, having faced the Portuguese coach during the latter's time at Real Madrid.

Sevilla vs Roma confirmed lineups
Consistency was a huge theme for both managers in the semifinals, with Mourinho and Mendilibar both naming unchanged starting lineups, in their respective matchups.
Edoardo Bove's goal was enough to edge Roma past Bayer Leverkusen in the semis, with a 1-0 aggregate-goal win, while Sevilla needed extra time beat Juventus.
Below are the confirmed starting lineups for both teams ahead of the Europa League final at the Puskas Arena in Budapest on Wednesday, May 31.

Sevilla have plenty of experience at this stage of the Europa League, despite their low-key domestic season, and Mendilibar will be looking to Navas, Fernando and goalkeeper Bono as key leaders in his team.
Nicolo Zaniolo scored the winner for Roma against Feyenoord in the 2022 Conference League final, and despite his subsequent exit, the bulk of that starting team will be on display in Budapest.
