The Camp Nou has witnessed some famous European nights over the years with United enjoying their most iconic Champions League moment at the stadium back in 1999.

Barcelona played host to United and Bayern Munich in the 1999 final, with Sir Alex Ferguson's side pushing for a trophy treble, and despite heading into the final minutes trailing 1-0, an Ole Gunnar Solskjaer inspired fightback produced an unbelievable win for the Red Devils.

Europa League schedule: Europa League Round of 16 playoffs

The changed formula for the Europa League knockout stages has added a new level of competitiveness to the tournament with Champions League drop outs forced to battle for a Round of 16 spot, rather than being granted an automatic place.

One of the favourites will be knocked out at this stage with United and Barcelona both capable of going all the way to the final in Budapest on May 31.
