The Kansas City Chiefs (3-0) are on the road and will face the Los Angeles Chargers (2-1) in a classic AFC West battle in Week 4.

Both teams have struggled with some injuries to begin the season, but with a win, the Chargers would move into first place in the AFC West.

Los Angeles will be without safety Derwin James, who was suspended for one game for continued violations of NFL player safety rules. Quarterback Justin Herbert sprained his ankle in Week 3 against the Steelers but looks to be on track for the matchup against Kansas City. Wide receiver Quentin Johnson has shined in his sophomore season thus far.

The Chiefs, who are missing running back Isiah Pacheco, are 3-0 despite a tough start from Travis Kelce, who has just eight catches for 69 yards on the season. Patrick Mahomes will be making his 100th NFL start.

Kansas City has had Los Angeles' number in recent years, having won the last five matchups. But both teams look different this year, especially the Chargers under new coach Jim Harbaugh, and the AFC West is up for grabs.

The Sporting News has you covered with all you need to know to watch Chiefs vs. Chargers in Week 4.
