Updated Fantasy Football Kicker Rankings Week 4: Who to start, best sleepers and streamers at K image

In the first two weeks of the NFL season, four different kickers scored 20-plus fantasy points. Week 3 was a bit different. For the first time this season, kickers had a relatively tame day, and nobody had a matchup-changing performance.

This doesn't mean Sunday was free of nonsense in the world of kicking. Brandon Aubrey kicked a 65-yard field goal for the Cowboys, the second-longest field goal in NFL history. Aubrey has an absolutely absurd leg and is undeniably the most talented kicker in the league at the moment.

Who knows what Week 4 will bring?! At this rate, we might get a 25-point performance and a 70-yard kick.

Who are the best fantasy kickers in Week 4?

All you can ask for out of your fantasy kicker is that they are accurate and are regularly given opportunities to line up for field goals. Given these two qualifiers, it makes sense that the upper tiers of our rankings are chock full of kickers attached to elite offenses.

You'll see names like Harrison Butker (Chiefs), Brandon Aubrey (Cowboys), and Ka'imi Fairbairn (Houston) are all high-end kickers who have the privilege of taking kicks for some of the league's best offenses. Unless one of these teams significantly regresses on the offensive side of the ball, this trio will be regular members of our top-5.

Evan McPherson and Jake Bates are the other two members of our top-5. The logic is the same here; McPherson kicks for the Bengals who shouldn't have an issue moving the ball against the Panthers, and Bates will take advantage of the Lions' ample scoring opportunities.

Who are the best fantasy kicker sleepers in Week 4?

When looking to identify sleeper candidates at kicker, the goal is to pinpoint some high-scoring games that involve kickers who aren't owned in the majority of leagues. Tampa Bay kicker Chase McLaughlin is one of those options in Week 4. The Buccaneers' and Eagles' offenses both underperformed in Week 3, but they're both certainly capable of getting involved in a track meet.

Matt Prater is another kicker who goes overlooked in fantasy football. The veteran is now a member of the ascending Arizona offense that averages just under 28 points per game. Prater has been a top-12 kicker through three weeks and should continue with this trend if Kyler Murray and company keep things up.
