Two of pro wrestling's biggest entities not named WWE have a fruitful relationship. All Elite Wrestling and New Japan Pro Wrestling look to showcase that partnership when the promotions present Forbidden Door on June 25.
Inside the Scotiabank Arena in Canada, the event will air on BR Live in the U.S. and FITE/ DAZN in select countries.
Two dream matches highlight the stacked card. Kenny Omega defends the IWGP United States Heavyweight Title against Will Ospreay, while Bryan Danielson faces former IWGP World Heavyweight Champion Kazuchika Okada. Omega and Ospreay had their first singles match since 2015 this past January at Wrestle Kingdom, putting on a Match of the Year performance.
Meanwhile, Danielson and Okada have never faced one another before. Both are considered the best pro wrestlers in the world.
