An intriguing set of international rugby Test matches will pit Argentina and France against each other, with Les Bleus travelling to Argentina for the first time since 2016.

In what has become a tradition for the French, they have chosen to tour Argentina in the year after a World Cup; in their home World Cup in 2023 they suffered a heartbreaking defeat to South Africa in the quarter-finals.

Argentina made it one step further, but were beaten by the All Blacks in the semi-finals and by England in the third place playoff.
