Has an NRL team ever won four grand finals in a row?

The Panthers are in rare air.

In the NRL era, which began in 1998, no team had ever won four consecutive premierships.

Before Penrith secured a 'three-peat' in 2023, no NRL team had won more than two premierships in a row.

Which rugby league team has won the most grand finals in a row?

Before the NRL era, several Australian sides enjoyed dominant periods.

At the top of that pile, the St. George Dragons won a remarkable 11 consecutive New South Wales premierships between 1956 and 1966.

The only other team to have claimed more than four grand final wins in a row is the South Sydney Rabbitohs, who won five between 1925 and 1929.
