Richmond are expected to retain premiership player Kamdyn McIntosh despite uncertainty about his future.

Only McIntosh and Thomson Dow are currently without contracts for 2025 with the Tigers delisting Noah Cumberland and Matthew Coulthard on Wednesday.

While Dow's future is still uncertain, McIntosh will imminently pen a new contract at Punt Rd, according to Tom Morris.

AFL TRADE AND DRAFT NEWS:

The 30-year-old will likely only sign a one-year deal, with his role significantly changing in 2024.

Only 10 games short of 200, McIntosh was dropped to the VFL during the season and was the starting sub in the AFL on four occasions.

The wingman was also redeployed as a forward late in the season as Richmond experimented with a new attacking mix after injuries to Tom Lynch and Mykelti Lefau.

There is as huge upheaval occurring at the 2024 wooden spooners with Daniel Rioli, Shai Bolton, Liam Baker and Jack Graham all departing the club during AFL Trade Period.

However, the Tigers possess one of the most impressive draft hands seen, with eight picks in the first 24, including 1, 6, 10, 11, 18, 20, 23, 24.
